APBA Helper for Excel with                    APBA-like Seasons
A new version is now available.. The updated version supports player photos and has a much easier system for choosin
lineups and making substitutions. Here's the update file:

The helper uses ratings derived from Brian Davis' cardmaker such that a game can be played entirely in Excel. Dice rolls, numerical results and text results are clearly displayed along with the current batter's card and ratings of the current pitcher. In-game and cumulative stats can be easily recorded in the program through a simple point and click system. All of the seasons have been updated as of 2/17/05 and now include buttons which allow you to move a team from the TEAMS file to the game with one click.

Thanks to some help I've now been able to rate the 2005 season. It is posted directly below along with a lineup file.

DeadBall__00-19_.zip
Contains the 1901, 1908, 1911 and 1918 seasons converted from Brian's cardmaker to a form suitable for use with the APBA Helper.. These have been updated as of 2/17. The as-played lineup file/feature is available for 1901 and 08. Email me for 1911. Note these dead ball teams have been giving lower fielding ratings to increase errors. If you would like an alternative version of these seasons with normal fielding ratings please email me. Added: 1901 and 1918 on 3/15/05.
As above but with the 1920, 1924, 1927 and 1929 seasons. The as-played lineup feature/file is available for 1920 and 1927..
As above but with the 1931, 1934, 1935, 1938 and 1939 seasons. As-played ineups are available only for 1934. Roger has done completed lineups for  1938 and 1939 and these can be obtained by emailing me.

Please email me if you'd like any of these.
